About Henry Au

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist that graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2012. Prior to going into Respiratory Therapy, I obtained my Bachelors of Science from the University of Calgary. I worked in acute care at the Foothills Medical Centre casually for the first 2 years of my career while also working at Respiratory Homecare Solutions. I’ve now been at RHS for 9 years and have worked in Sleep, PFTs and Oxygen. Along the way, I have acquired my CRE and CPSGT. I am currently the Clinical Success Educator where I provide support to all of our therapists to bring out their potential to treat as many patients as we can. I’ve always had a fondness for the homecare sector as it allows you to develop relationships with your patients, get involved in their therapy and see the impact it has on them. We’re there with our patients from the start and get to play an active role in improving their quality of life. From patients starting on CPAP to patients starting on Oxygen, we can have a profound effect on our patients’ lives.
