Project Description

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Registered Polysomnographic Technician.  I graduated as a Respiratory Therapist from Thompson Rivers University in 1992.  I did my training as a Polysomnographic Technician at Ottawa General Hospital in 1995.  For the first 7 years of my career I work in the acute care setting as general duty Respiratory Therapist and also as a Polysomnography Technician.  I have now been in the Respiratory Homecare field for 20 years and have worked for Respiratory Homecare Solutions for 13 years in various roles that now includes Director of Operations, British Columbia and Director of Clinical Sleep Services, nationally.

I have always found the world of Sleep Medicine intriguing due to the overall “newness” of the field.  And when treating Sleep Disorders, it is professionally and personally fulfilling to see the impact the results can have on our patients.
