The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all returned items unless due to a manufacturer’s defect. Please contact RHS Canada by phone or email at 1-866-747-6673 or contact at email@example.com before returning an item. Health Canada and FDA regulations state that any nasal interface product removed from its original packaging is no longer returnable due to cross-contamination. Non-defective and unopened products must be returned within 30 days in order to receive credit. After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
RHS commits to shipping all purchases within 48 hours during regular business days. Shipping is regular ground through UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post and most purchases will arrive within 5-10 business days after purchase. Although a rare occurrence, customers will be contacted immediately if shipping delays are anticipated.
