Pre-screening for COVID-19 prior to accepting in-person appointments.
Limiting the number of patients allowed in a clinic according to the size of the clinic. At some clinics you may be required to wait in your car until your appointment time.
Providing hand sanitizing stations and following strict hand hygiene protocols.
Increasing the frequency of sanitizing high-touch areas or surfaces.
Checking the temperature of all patients using a contactless, infrared forehead thermometer.
Requiring all of our health care team members and patients to wear surgical masks or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

 | We request that patients bring their own mask and put it on prior to entering the clinic. Masks or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory for our health care team members and patients. |
 | You must comply with the 2-metre physical distancing guideline at all times when in the clinic or in the waiting area. |
 | Cleaning your hands with hand sanitizer will be required before your appointment. Disinfecting stations will be available at our clinics. |
 | We will only accept payment by debit or credit card or by cheque. Cash will not be accepted. |

As a designated essential service, RHS clinics are continuing to offer in-person care by appointment only. Appointments are conducted with the highest level of safety measures in place to protect and safeguard you and our front-line teams against the spread of COVID-19.

Offering Virtual Appointments
We encourage patients to take advantage of our new virtual services. Our virtual care appointments are conducted by our accredited team of sleep health professionals who will ensure you receive the same patient-centered premium sleep care.
