Update on COVID-19 and Oxygen Concentrator Availability

We are making every effort to ensure the continuity of supply of oxygen and oxygen therapy devices to our patients to ensure you receive the best ongoing care.

As ordered by the public health authorities to ensure intensive care patients have access to Oxygen Concentrators when critically required, we are limiting the supply of Oxygen Concentrators to all other non-urgent or non-critical cases. It is essential that we maintain our Oxygen Concentrator inventory to meet the needs of patients in critical condition from the COVID-19 outbreak. We hope you can understand these exceptional circumstances and we apologize for the inconvenience. Once we have received clearance from the appropriate health authorities, we will review your request to possibly provide oxygen equipment best suited to your health needs.
